Social organizations are the lifeblood of communities, working tirelessly to create positive change. However, managing and coordinating events and activities can be a daunting task. Mladim recognized this challenge and sought to harness the power of technology to streamline their operations.
From the outset, our goal was clear: create a user-centric solution that simplifies the management of social work while enhancing engagement. We started to design an application that addressed the unique needs of social organizations, event attendees, and the Mladim team to increase attendance in social projects in Slovenia.
1. Attendance Monitoring
Gone are the days of manual attendance tracking. With our system, social organizations can effortlessly monitor attendance at events and activities. Real-time data allows for quick and informed decision-making.
2. Feedback and Evaluation
Collecting feedback is essential for improvement. Mladim enables organizations to gather valuable insights from attendees, helping them refine their programs and enhance the overall participant experience.
3. Event Registration
For attendees, our system offers a convenient platform to register for events. Say goodbye to paperwork and hello to a seamless digital registration process that simplifies attendance management for both organizers and participants.
4. Community Connection
Beyond event logistics, Mladim acts as a hub for attendees to discover social organizations in their area. It provides a wealth of information, making it easier for individuals to connect with and support the causes they are passionate about.
Designing Mladim was a collaborative effort that involved in-depth research, iterative design, and a deep understanding of the needs of all stakeholders. We strived for an intuitive user interface that would empower social organizations to take full advantage of the application.
By simplifying operations, automating processes, and providing valuable insights, social organizations can allocate more time and resources to creating and executing actual programs: making a greater difference in their communities.
We’re excited about the possibilities it holds for Mladim and social organizations across Slovenia. Our goal is that simple to use platforms and technology continue to bridge the gap between organizations and their communities, fostering collaboration, transparency, and social impact.
As the ux/ui designer on the project I created and finalized all wireframes and designs. I worked closely with an outside team of developers and stakeholders to ensure that the design vision was translated into a functional product for both mobile and web users.
